Kogekar Consulting is a Sydney based consulting firm that helps its clients achieve IT performance improvements leveraging our extensive IT Management experience.

Hemant Kogekar is principal of the firm. He has over fifteen years experience as CIO/ IT Director with major Australian and multinational organizations including Suncorp, Citibank and Franklins. He has extensive experience dealing with board of directors and company executives on strategy and governance matters. He has lead significant technology and organisational change initiatives that improved culture and IT capabilities for business success. Hemant has a strong track record of building IT business partnerships and trust.

Hemant has an in depth understanding of technology and architecture and can communicate effectively from technicians to executives. His extensive IT management experience enables him to understand real-world challenges in implementing change and develop techniques to overcome these challenges.
