Envisioned a customer oriented banking platform; obtained sponsorship and implemented the new platform in two years.

Franklins was Australia's third largest food retailer with 280 store in Australia with revenues of $4 billion. Franklins had embarked on a major change program to reinvent its business.

KAZ Group

KAZ is the largest Australian owned IT services company. At the time of the assignment KAZ had strong Infrastructure services business and a small applications services business.
